These terms cover your use of CarsPeoria.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is

CarsPeoria.com is an independent directory of used vehicles that dealerships in and around Peoria, Illinois list publicly on their own websites. We are not a dealership. We do not sell, lease, finance, inspect, or hold any vehicle, and we do not take deposits or payments. No dealer owns or operates the Site.

Listings come from dealers

Prices, mileage, photos, trims, and availability come from the listing dealership and can change at any time. We refresh the directory regularly, but a listing on the Site may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Before you rely on any detail, confirm it directly with the dealership. When you open a listing, the dealer’s own website opens; any purchase, price, history report, warranty, or financing is between you and that dealer.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the Site or its listings are accurate, complete, current, or uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for vehicles, prices, or the conduct of any dealership or other third party.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CarsPeoria.com is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the Site, relying on a listing, or dealing with a dealership you found here.

Third-party sites and ads

The Site links to dealership websites and may show advertising, including ads served by Google. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content or practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how cookies and advertising work on the Site.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no bulk copying of the directory for redistribution. Trademarks and vehicle photos belong to their owners.

Dealers

If you represent a dealership and want a listing corrected or your lot removed, email us and we will handle it promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
